WeeklyGrid

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 11, 2026

By using WeeklyGrid, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

WeeklyGrid is a free tool that converts a text description of your week into a visual schedule you can edit, download, and share. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may introduce optional paid features in the future.

Your schedules

The schedules you create are yours. You may download, print, and share them freely for personal, educational, and internal use. You may not resell schedules or schedule images generated by WeeklyGrid as standalone commercial products, and you may not remove the attribution watermark from free downloads for commercial use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service: no automated scraping or bulk requests, no attempts to circumvent rate limits, no submitting content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to submit, and no using the service to harm others or to interfere with its operation.

AI-generated output

Schedules are generated automatically from the text you provide, and mistakes are possible — times, days, or names may occasionally be read incorrectly. Always double-check your schedule before relying on it for registration, work, travel, or other commitments.

No warranty and limitation of liability

WeeklyGrid is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on generated schedules, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free service is zero.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
