WeeklyGrid ("we", "us") is a free online schedule maker. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Schedule text. When you click "Build my schedule", the text you typed is sent to our server and to our AI processing provider (Anthropic) to convert it into a structured schedule. We do not store your schedule text or your generated schedules on our servers. Schedules exist in your browser, and in share links only if you create one — the schedule data is encoded in the link itself.

Email address. If you enter your email to download a schedule image, we store that email together with the page you were on. We use it to send occasional scheduling tips and product updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all further emails.

Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type to serve the site, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits. We use aggregate, non-identifying analytics to understand how the site is used.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email with third parties for their marketing. We do not use your schedule text for anything other than generating your schedule.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run WeeklyGrid: Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing of the schedule text you submit), and Supabase (secure storage of email signups). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Data retention and your rights

We keep email signups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the email below, and we will act on the request within a reasonable period.

Children

WeeklyGrid is a general-audience tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us an email address, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page.
